Members of the Grand Lake CPCU Society Chapter volunteered at the Big Brothers, Big Sisters “Dancing with the BIG Stars” event on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at the Overdrive in Celina, Ohio. This is the biggest fundraiser of the year that the Big Brothers, Big Sisters has locally. This year’s event raised $27,672.21! Our volunteers helped them seat guests, collect and count money, and clean up at the end. Six volunteers help with two different performances. This is the 4th year that the CPCU Chapter has volunteered to help make this fundraiser great! The volunteers this year were RJ Coleman (Central), Julie Coleman (Central), Lisa Jennings (Central), and Holli Galloway (Central). Also helping but not pictured, Ryan Beacher and Sue Slagle from Central – non-CPCU members.
The Good Works Committee is also is also looking at two additional projects.
